Biossentials™ is our newest plant-based memory foam formulation made in the USA. Crafted from sustainable, renewable soybean feedstock, Biossentials™ is a more natural, sustainable solution to memory foam without sacrificing comfort and support.
Compared to traditional memory foam, Biossentials™ allows us to:

DIGITAL MANUFACTURING
At Sinomax® we pride ourselves on producing less waste than traditional methods and we continually seek out new and improved methods for waste minimization. Our digital print & machine-assembling processes for our eco-friendly, USA made packaging are highly efficient and allow for us to use less materials, less energy and less resources.
So far, in 2020, we have saved an estimated 46.48 metric tons of non-recycle friendly clay coated stock by shifting production on US programs to direct-to-corrugate digital printing. This change in production process has also saved an estimated 20% of raw materials.

We take our carbon footprint seriously and as a part of our efforts to reduce emissions, we collaborate with some of the best and brightest suppliers, including our partner Bennett Packaging who has assisted in the developments of more eco-friendly and sustainable packaging solutions.
Our USA made, digitally printed packaging is produced from up to 37.5% of recycled materials and 100% recyclable.

In our continued efforts to reduce waste, we have added EcoSoft™ recycled fabric to our portfolio of sustainable materials. This fabric is super soft, easy-care, and made from pre and post consumer plastics for a more sustainable fabric with all the comfort and durability of fabrics made from virgin materials.
