Sinomax USA has announced the acquisition of the VIBE® brand from Kimberly LLC. The acquisition includes all trademarks, copyrights, logos, designs, and related intellectual property connected to the design, marketing, manufacturing, and distribution of VIBE® products, including bedding and home furnishings.

The agreement formalizes a long-standing collaboration between the two companies. Sinomax USA has served as the primary manufacturer of VIBE® products for several years, helping to guide the brand’s development and production consistency.
