It is no longer necessary to register your product.
In order to file a warranty claim, simply retain your sales receipt. Providing a copy of your sales receipt is, and always has been, a requirement when filing a warranty claim. (Hint: we suggest you make a photocopy of your sales receipt since they tend to fade over time).

UNPACK INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE OPENING YOUR FOUNDATION FRAME
STEP 1
Carefully place box in room of use.
STEP 2
Remove frame from packaging and carefully cut security bands.
STEP 3
Unfold frame and fully extend legs.
STEP 4
Place frame flush on flooring making sure legs are fully extended.
STEP 5
Fully extend security hinge and snap locking tab in place as shown above.
CAUTION!
Do not use frame if security hinge is not locked like pictured above!
STEP 6
To ensure your frame is level adjust leveling feet accordingly.
STEP 7
To modify the height of your frame remove bolt using the enclosed wrench.
STEP 8
Move inner leg to desired height. When finished, insert bolt and tighten with wrench.

Place all four connector clips in designated areas.
STEP 10
Place and tighten brackets with bolts to corners of frame using wrench. Required with use of headboard, footboard or bed skirt.
STEP 11
Before use, re-check that all bolts are tightened and secure and security hinges are locked.
STEP 12
Apply bed skirt cover (if applicable) over frame, pulling completely over each corner bracket.
CAUTION!
Cover should be pulled and affixed in each corner to prevent cover from riding up on your frame.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Below are Sinomax® USA, lnc.’s (“Sinomax® USA”) warranty standards for this Limited Warranty. Please review the Limited Warranty and keep it in a safe place. Please be sure to retain your original sales receipt (or a readable photocopy) or your packing slip (if a .com purchase) for proof of purchase date. In the event you are required to return your product to Sinomax® USA or submit a warranty claim, these documents will be required. Please keep them on file in a safe and secure place for future reference. We stand behind our Limited Warranty, so please contact us immediately with any issues you may experience so that we can resolve it as soon as possible for you.
A. REGISTRATION OF YOUR WARRANTY
Registration is not required to activate your warranty.
B. WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?
Sinomax® USA warrants that the components of this foundation frame will be free from defects in material and workmanship as described in this Limited Warranty. Coverage under this Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new, unused foundation frame purchased in the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada.
Optional Frame Covers: The optional bed skirt frame cover initially provided for the Sinomax® USA’s “Product” is warranted for five (5) years from the date of purchase against faults in material or workmanship. Sinomax® USA’s reserves the right to repair said cover. In the event that Sinomax® USA replaces the cover for the frame, Sinomax® USA will replace it with the current style of cover available for the frame, which may be a different color or material than the original cover.
C. WHAT WILL SINOMAX® USA DO?
If a defect that is covered during the Limited Warranty period occurs, Sinomax® USA will repair or replace (at Sinomax® USA’s option) the defective product or component thereof. If it is determined that a replacement is required to honor this Limited Warranty, Sinomax® USA reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality if the like product or components are not available. Where a replacement is required, Limited Warranty coverage for this product is limited to a one (1) time replacement during the original Limited Warranty period which starts on the original date of purchase. Repairs to or replacement of this product or its components under the terms of this Limited Warranty will apply to the original warranty period and will not serve to extend such period.
D. WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVER
This Limited Warranty does not apply to floor models or “demos” (except as specifically provided herein) or to products sold by unauthorized resellers, including without limitation, unauthorized resellers on third party websites. Unauthorized resellers are not “original purchasers” for the purpose of this Limited Warranty. If purchaser is not the original purchaser of this product, purchaser takes the product “AS IS,” “with all faults” and without warranty. Proof of purchase will be required to demonstrate that purchaser is the original purchaser and the product was purchased from an authorized retailer, and eligible to make a valid claim under this limited warranty.
This product is designed to work with residential mattress use. This Limited Warranty is based on tests conducted on product that consists of residential mattress designs for non-commercial use. Sinomax® USA makes no representations whatsoever as to the structural integrity or rated load for any frame manufactured or distributed by Sinomax® USA. Therefore, if the purchaser uses the product in an inappropriate manner, such use will void this limited warranty and all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Sinomax® USA may require the purchaser to provide proof of the quality of the frame used in conjunction with the mattress in use if purchaser makes a claim under this limited warranty. Sinomax®USA reserves the right to invalidate this Limited Warranty if the frame is determined, in Sinomax® USA’s reasonable discretion, to be used in an improper manner, or has been exposed to outdoor or unsanitary condition, or when the product failure is due to causes other than defective material and/or workmanship.
In no event shall Sinomax® USA be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever in any way arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
All warranties contained herein are void if the product is found to have been tampered with or misused beyond reasonable wear, and shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged intentionally or due to accident or neglect. The service terms stated in this Limited Warranty shall be the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy in the event of product failure during the Limited Warranty period. Sinomax® USA makes no warranty beyond what is contained in this Limited Warranty. Sinomax® USA does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or ability in connection with this Limited Warranty.
E. HOW DO YOU GET SERVICE?
If you are considering placing a warranty service claim, please contact Sinomax® USA at 1-877-726-3888 or e-mail us at consumercare@sinomax-usa.com. A clear copy of the original sales receipt or your packing slip (if a .com purchase) must be submitted for proof of purchase date. You must provide transportation or accept freight charges to and from the nearest Sinomax® USA facility for inspection of the warranted product (if requested) or to return the product for either repair or replacement. At our discretion, we may request you to provide photos of the claimed defect prior to its return for inspection (if requested). Sinomax® USA will not refund your purchase price. Please contact the retailer for their refund policy.
F. HOW DOES STATE LAW APPLY?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
